Bismi Llaahi l-raḥmaani l-raḥeem

By the one who is denoted by the name Allah (who created my being with His Names in accord with the meaning of the letter ‘B’), the Rahman, the Rahim.

1. Did you not see how your Rabb dealt with the people of the elephant?

2. Did He not make their plan worthless?

3. And disclosed upon them the birds in flocks (the Common Swift),

4. Who threw upon them stones of hard clay,

5. Until they became like eaten straw.
